Building & Fairgrounds Rental

The entire fairgrounds (buildings and grounds) are available for rent, either all at one time or individual buildings. 


Educational Building: Two separate heated and air-conditioned areas are available separately or combined:


Room #1- The first rental is for the Meeting Room and Kitchen/ Dining area. The Meeting Room is 42’x71’.  This area will accommodate up to 125 people if tables and chairs are used. The Kitchen/Dining area is 16’x47’ (this room can be closed off if not needed) Rental price begins at $350.00 per day + $150.00 one-time mandatory cleaning fee.  Additional fees may apply for extra services provided.


Room #2 – The second rental is Room #1 plus a 143’ X 79’ Large Meeting Room. This room has a 19’ X14’ stage which is included in the rental. Rental price begins at $550.00 per day + $250.00 onetime mandatory cleaning fee.  Additional fees may apply for extra services provided.


Table and Chairs are included in all Educational Building rentals. 



Commercial Exhibits Building:   Two separate rooms can be rented together or separately. $100.00 per day, per room + $75.00 onetime mandatory cleaning fee, per room.   Additional fees may apply for extra services provided.


Barn: Includes show arena, animal tie-out area and animal washing stations. (Washing stations not available in winter months)  $100.00 per day + $75.00 onetime cleaning fee. If barn is cleaned by renter no cleaning fee will be charged.   Additional fees may apply for extra services provided.


Grounds and Outside Bathrooms:   $400.00 per day + $75.00 mandatory cleaning fee.  Additional fees may apply for extra services provided.
