Eclipse Rental Space:

Eclipse is on April 8, 2024! The Baxter County Fairgrounds will offer a limited number of camp sites for self-contained RV’s as well as tent primitive camping. 

WE WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE FROM PAYPAL WITH THE EMAIL YOU LEAVE IN THE FORM! YOU MUST PAY NO LATER THAN MARCH 1ST, 2024.

Rent a 20X20 spot: This rental spot is $50 a night per spot for a minimum of a 3 night stay! Dates start April 5th-April 9th! Earliest you can check in is Friday, April 5th at noon! Check out no later than Noon on Tuesday, April 9th!

RV SPOTS: $75 per night with minimum 3 night stay! Dates start April 5th-April 9th! Earliest you can check in is Friday, April 5th at noon! Check out no later than Noon on Tuesday, April 9th!

A shower and bathroom is available on the grounds! There will be entertainment! Glasses and tshirts will be on site to purchase! CASH ONLY!

Rules/ Regulations:

-Full payment is due by March 1, 2024. 

-No Refunds after March 1, 2024! If cancelled by March 1st, one-half of rental fee will be refunded.

-No electrical, water or sewer hookups provided.

-All dogs must be kept on a leash.

-No dump station but dumpsters will be available for trash disposal.

-Each campsite must have at least one person age 18 or older in it.

-No Vehicles are allowed inside the gates. (Only to drop off your supplies but then must move vehicle out.)

-The Baxter County Fair Association and City of Mountain Home are notliable for damages or theft or loss of property and are not responsible for injury due to accident or act of God.

-Must leave the premises by April 9th, Tuesday, at noon!

-Quiet Hours are from 11 PM- 6 AM.

-No open flames, all fires must be in a fire pit.

-Cash Only at the Gate (Sunglasses and T-shirts are available for purchase)
